Josh Shear

Prior to joining Restorical Research in 2025, Josh provided litigation support and historical research project management for complex contaminated properties for environmental law firms. Josh has managed teams of historians on PRP Search contracts for the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and California’s Department of Toxic Substances Control.  His research has been praised in The Baltimore Sun. Josh brings a wide breadth of experience with historical materials to locate insurance policies.
