This former service station and heating oil supply property — operated over the years by Vemor Corporation, Moran Oil Company, and A-1 Oil — released gasoline from underground storage tanks into soil and groundwater. Oregon DEQ has an active Cost Recovery Agreement in place since February 2024 and an assigned project manager overseeing the case. A revised subsurface investigation work plan was submitted in June 2024 and fieldwork was performed in July 2025, but the investigation report has not yet been submitted to DEQ, and no remediation work has begun.
