This property at the corner of 148th Ave NE and NE 20th St in Bellevue operated as a gasoline service station with underground storage tanks and pump islands used for retail fuel dispensing. A gasoline release occurred sometime prior to 1992 and was identified when three USTs were removed from the site. Cleanup under the Standard Cleanup program has included the UST removals, remedial soil excavation with fill placement, an independent cleanup action, and quarterly groundwater monitoring and sampling ongoing since at least 2008.
